Small Beginnings
We are a small scale mushroom farm located in Rochester, NY. Owned and operated by Dominic Valley, we do everything in-house; from growing the mushrooms, to making the extracts, to packaging and shipping them to you, we oversee every aspect of production so we know that both you and the planet are happy.
Quality
We believe in the power that mushrooms have to offer, and we use only the best ingredients and grow our mushrooms in-house. We use the mushroom fruiting body, so you're not getting any grain starch or fillers in our products.
Our tinctures undergo a three month extraction process in organic cane alcohol followed by a 24 hour hot water extraction to allow for maximum potency and bio-availability of all the beneficial compounds present in our functional mushrooms.
Sustainability
Sustainability is one of our biggest values at New Pala Mushrooms, and our impact on the planet is taken into consideration for everthing we do. Our sustainable farming and production practices involve using reusable implements over disposable wherever possible, recyclable and compostable packaging, and research into the possible implementation of mushroom mycelium to break down plastic waste. We are also looking into options for partnering with eco-friendly organizations to help further our positive planetary impact.
